All of our staff can be skill assessed and are all personally registered by a Consultant who takes down detailed information regarding their requirements, right to work, qualifications and any other documentation required by their job type.

You will have a designated Consultant who will be your main point of contact. This Consultant will aim to build up a good understanding of your business so that they are able to supply you with the right candidates.

Permanent

We will take down full details of your vacancy and where possible visit you to get a feel for the company and what type of individual would fit in with your existing team. It is very important for us to meet with our Clients so they feel confident in our understanding of them.

We will source our database of candidates and forward suitable CVs. We also advertise online via our own website, various job boards, in the local press and through our established network of organisations.

Once you advise us of candidates you are interested in meeting following our CV selection, we will arrange convenient interview times. All candidates will be fully briefed on your vacancy and company prior to attending their interview.

When you decide to offer a candidate a position we will liase with them and yourself to confirm salary offer, start date and any other requirements prior to them commencing employment.

Temporary

We are able to supply temporary staff, often at very short notice. We work with many organisations which rely on our speed and ability to supply them with suitable staff quickly.

We will take down full details of your requirements for temporary cover, this will include; start date, length of assignment, duties, skills needed, experience required, who they should report to.

A Consultant will call you back to give you full details of the candidate available to cover your temporary post.

We will call you at the start of the assignment to make sure our staff member has arrived safely and promptly, we will then call you within four hours to make sure you are happy with their performance. We will continue to monitor and check on their performance for the duration of the assignment.
